Ridge & Root Handyman

One list. One crew. Photo-ready.

Everyday property care for homeowners, landlords, and anyone with a punch list. Lucien Fritz, local operator. Jobs are quoted, not billed hourly. You do not have to be on site.

  • Home base Weaverville and north Asheville
  • Quoted by the job and the drive Hendersonville, the Asheville metro, Mars Hill, Woodfin, and nearby. One crew. Not a local office in every town.

Listing still. 31 Wilmington Rd, Asheville. Green door and new shrubs.

White brick ranch with a green door and new shrubs. Listing still, 31 Wilmington Rd, Asheville.

The work we take on

Built for homeowners first, and for anyone else with a list. Drywall, doors, cleanup, TV mounts, furniture, and the small jobs that pile up.

  1. Drywall patch and finish
  2. Doors, locks, weatherstripping
  3. Caulking and trim touch-ups
  4. TV mounting
  5. Furniture assembly
  6. Property and yard cleanup, weed eating, mulch, small gravel paths
  7. Home punch lists
  8. Minor maintenance and appliance troubleshooting that is not a licensed trade

An extra lane, not the lead. Listing shine and sale-prep punch lists. Rental or Airbnb turnover punch lists, with no trade scope. Listings and rentals are welcome. They are not the only work we take.

Not licensed electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, or structural work. Not a general contractor. Not a paint company. Not a maid service. Hardware only on locks. Not smart locks or Wi-Fi sales.
